This was the first place that I went to find a Wedding dress. I didn't think much by looking at the outside of the store, but once I went in, WOW. They have a LOT of selection, which was good for someone like me who had no clue what direction to go in. The staff there was pleasant and was able to find something for me within a couple of hours that was in my price range, I highly recommend this place for all Brides in the Mississauga area!

This was unfortunately, not a good experience what so ever. We had emailed in advanced with what we were looking for and I guess nothing was written down or prepared for our appointment. The rep who was with us was not very helpful or talkative. It felt like we were inconveniencing her. Aside from initially asking us what we were looking for, that's all she really said to us. Unfortunately I can't give a half star. Until recently I have had a pleasant experience, even fun at one visit. My consultant was very patient, soft spoken, never pushy and never at all rude. I'm sad to say I can't say that for the other employees. Their customer service is atrocious. In a matter of two days, myself and my bridal party were accused of putting a stain on the dress when we were no where near it from the time it left my body at the first fitting, to the time I put it back on at the final fitting.
