My daughter and I went in to look at wedding dresses and were met by Anna who was very helpful. She picked out about 6 dresses and they were all beautiful and it was a hard decision choosing which one. After deciding on a dress, she then called on Simin who was amazing at doing some minor alterations so that the dress fitted perfectly. Anna and all the ladies were very welcoming and professional. I had a great experience trying dresses on, getting alterations done and picking up my dress. Anna packed my dress up conveniently so that I could travel overseas with it at ease. My alternations were perfect and fast! Highly recommend Bridal House Geelong

I want to share my experience at Bridal House Geelong so other brides are aware. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. From the moment my mum and I arrived, it was clear that professionalism and customer care were lacking.
