Anna and all the ladies were very welcoming and professional. I had a great experience trying dresses on, getting alterations done and picking up my dress. Anna packed my dress up conveniently so that I could travel overseas with it at ease. My alternations were perfect and fast! Highly recommend Bridal House Geelong
Staff here are not the friendliest or very helpful.
I want to share my experience at Bridal House Geelong so other brides are aware. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. From the moment my mum and I arrived, it was clear that professionalism and customer care were lacking. The owner, Anna, and other staff were not welcoming, and we were largely left to pick and try on dresses ourselves, often having to ask for help just to zip them. You were all fantastic from the appointment, to the fitting, right through to the final pick up of the dress. You have such a massive range of wedding dresses to choose from as well as bridesmaids dresses and beautiful mother of the bride dresses which truly make you a one stop shop for wedding attire!
