I attended a pre-booked appointment with my Mum and sister to try on wedding dresses. Whilst there was a good range of dresses in-store I did not feel like the customer service in this shop matched the amazing customer service we received during our appointments at other bridal stores in Geelong. We mostly spoke with Anna who is so friendly, professional and honest without being rude, we felt really supported in finding our best dress and getting it in time for our wedding. We were so pleased with the alterations too especially my new sleeves on the green dress! Thankyou!
