awesome experience – this place was a great experience for me - I love the whole shop itself - decorated in a shabby chic vibe - and the assistance I received was phenomenal! I did not have a definite style in mind so the owner herself worked with me and narrowed it down for me. She really took her time with me and pointed out details I would not have thought of. I would highly recommend!
Very friendly and helpful, great experience – After a few other mediocre small and large bridal stores, Bridal Heirlooms was so refreshing. They have 2 hour time slots and are very accommodating of you and your family. You can bring multiple people with you, and take pictures if you want. The store is small and cozy, and you get very individualized attention. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF – I went to look for a wedding gown at Bridal Heirlooms. I can not even begin to say how friendly and helpful the staff there was. I was asked what I was looking for, and they picked at least thirty gowns for me to try. They weren't pushy at all, helped me in and out of gowns, tried different accessories on to match the gown. And your wedding party gets a discount if they go there, which is nice. I would give ten stars if I could!!
