Found my dress here. Was told it would be ordered and paid the first half so they could order a new one in. The breast pads were very small on the demo so they said they’d order bigger ones and have them put in for me for free since it was obviously not a normal look in the demo. I bought a beautiful dress for a good price but when it came to altering it, my experience turned into a nightmare. At the second fitting, my dress obviously smelled of cigarette smoke, and the seamstress denied it. The sales staff had to confirm the smell of my dress. Then I was told that it was in the trunk of her car and she then dumped all of her personal problems on me. What a great time we had at the Bridal Gallery. Thank you Carol for sharing your day with me. It had been years since I had the privilege of helping someone pick out their wedding dress. My friend and I were so looking forward to our first visit to Bridal Gallery, as it was her first time out since getting engaged to browse at wedding dresses. We were also interested in browsing bridesmaids dresses for my own wedding. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted. The women were not only unhelpful but rude - tone, body language, etc. In addition, we were told that we should "make an appointment" and "come back", even though we were the only customers in the store.
