I just bought my amazing wedding dress the other week from Bridal Gallery and I must say I had the best experience. The selection and amount of dresses was unbelievable, there were so many so I knew I would find the one! Once I picked out some that I really liked I started to try them on and the bridal consultant worked with me the whole time! The service was TERRIBLE. I wish I didn't have to give a star rating because this place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I would NEVER recommend them! Not only did they screw up my dress 3 times I need for a wedding in 2 weeks, but they were extremely rude! I was told I need to go on an all salad diet (basically waste away to nothing I weigh 120 at 5'1), and was talked to like an idiot when I asked questions! I had been shopping around for my dress with my mother. We found two that we liked, both of which were on sale. We asked the girl's what time they would be open the next morning to come back and decide. One suggested purchasing one, since they were the same price and they would just hold both over night, so we wouldn't have to dig for it. I had a great experience while shopping at Bridal Gallery. The girls there helped me find the perfect dress. The customer service was the best I found while shopping for my dress. They never got pushy and gave me awesome input even after I tried on about 60 dresses. They have a great selection to chose from and their organization made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for. I'm getting all of my bridesmaid dresses there too. I would recommend them to any bride who is as lost as I was when I first got engaged.
