I wasn't the bride, but I support person. Was not impressed, the way mascia spoke to her staff in store and In front of customers. Contemplated posting a review, left it for a bit. But heard from someone else a similar experience. Then as a follower, seen post where she is clearly belittling and being rude about other bridal stores. So unprofessional. When it comes time to shop for my big day, I will avoid my original planned stop to BFM .
I had an amazing experience with Bridal Fusion by Mascia. The lady who assisted me on my visit made me feel comfortable and stunning in every dress I tried. She listened to my requests and found a stunning dress. She was so involved in my happiness that she teared up when I 'said yes to the dress'. Really wholesome experience and I am super happy Bridal Fusion by Mascia was the first and only dress shop I went to. Highly recommend especially to brides who are 16+ in dress size!
Amazing staff so friendly and welcoming very helpful with finding something that suits the body and the size will definitely recommend nd go back again
