As a first time bride with no prior experience shopping for dresses this experience was incredibly underwhelming. She was not warm, welcoming or helpful for that matter. She was incredibly cold and brief. I should have listened to the reviews that said there was no hospitality and that she was rude. If you know exactly what you’re looking for and you’re not hoping to be treated kindly then this may be a good store for you, otherwise please go somewhere else. We purchased a tux from Kenya , the store owner . She promised us that we will get my fiancé size by the time of the wedding , however when he tried it on it was the wrong tux and wrong size . She was unable to fix the problem and was unable to refund him . Kenya costumer service is terrible . It’s sad , that they can not accommodate costumers .
