Amazing staff. I am sorry if I spell her name wrong but Shoreh was absolutely charming. Incredibly helpful in finding what we came for. The dress selection here exceeds all expectations. Room after room filled with gems for every occasion. I will say not all the dresses are under 1000, however they are priced very well. Fair pricing for sure if not better than fair. They really take the time to make sure you are finding what you love. Not pushy at all.
I had an awesome experience at Bridal & Fashion Group :) The prices, styles, and insanely large selection/variety were astounding! I went there on my own to look at prom dresses without really knowing what to expect and received so much support! Shohre was amazing despite also handling a bridal appointment at the same time (she kept having to run up and down the stairs to help each of us!). Vast size 8 collection! Found several suitable dresses within 1/2 hour but took 1 hour overall to make final choice. Really happy with the staff and the quantity of dress styles available. Walked out with the dress that day.
Went with my friend to find her wedding dress and Miao was awesome! She was very helpful and kind! My friend found her beautiful gown here at a great price. They even have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses and I found mine here! We booked an appointment here to view prom dresses for my daughter. When we arrived, we needed to be buzzed in and went up and elevator to the floor - totally acceptable for downtown Vancouver. What was not acceptable was the venue itself. We were "greeted" in a very small foyer and told to "go upstairs" for prom selection. We went upstairs and the lights weren't even on!
