We booked an appointment here to view prom dresses for my daughter. When we arrived, we needed to be buzzed in and went up and elevator to the floor - totally acceptable for downtown Vancouver. What was not acceptable was the venue itself. We were "greeted" in a very small foyer and told to "go upstairs" for prom selection. We went upstairs and the lights weren't even on! They showed me my dream dress! Their choices are beautiful and the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. They also have good deals and prices 🥰 Recommended!
We showed up and they were seemingly over booked. We had no help looking. There is such a large amount of dresses with no direction that it became overwhelming. Very crammed hallways and not much room to see the dress. Once we left our dressing area to grab more dresses they occupied our room with someone else. Tried to tell an associate what we wanted they just walked away, didn’t feel professional and definitely did not feel like a special experience.
HUGE selection of lovely quality dresses at great prices! Ming is excellent at her job! She is very helpful, friendly and patient. I loved dresses with sleeves - I came back for a second appointment and Ming had prepared add-on sleeves for me to try with any dress. Ended up saying yes to the first dress Ming picked out for me! Thank you so much Ming! Highly recommend this place to any brides to be!
This place beyond exceeded any expectations I thought I would have. I've visited there previous location for my bridesmaid dress and just recently visited there new location for my wedding dress, and my experience was better than the previous places I had visited for a wedding dress. I've gone to 5 places so far and this was the one place where it felt so personal and so welcoming.
