We were literally stood up for the appointment I booked for bridesmaids dresses. We arrived and the doors were locked, when I called the shop I was told that I was forgotten and then on the phone, he blamed his colleague for the mistake which was very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the service here and would honestly recommend any other shop. Shoshanna has such a great energy about her, knowledge and willing to work within your budget and vision! There’s LOTS here to look at! She was also so kind! I accident all left my ring there when trying gloves on and had to run back in a panic hours later and she kept it safe for me. I kind of think she may have even cleaned it? Hahaha Either way, she is lovely and I recommend working with her :)

Shoshannah was amazing! Arrived early but accommodated me. We were taken with such care. I really appreciated how she was able to understand the kind of dress I liked and ensure to offer options that are within my budget. I originally thought of going to more shops, but loved the one she found for me! It was perfect and I’m so excited to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you!

This store truly has a dress for everyone. They have lots of options and the prices are incredibly affordable. They can customize pretty much anything at an affordable price as well. The staff, Shoshannah, was also wonderful — she gave helpful guidance and input throughout the process while still being supportive and not pushy at all.
