I got the most STUNNING dresses here!! Everyone was commenting on how beautiful the two outfits were and they were both tailored perfectly. Everyone here is so incredibly nice and I am so thankful to have gotten my dresses here.
My 1-star review is solely about the final alterations. I paid over $700—almost the cost of a brand-new dress—for alterations. The plan was to take in the dress to make it less poofy, hem it, and adjust the bust so I could wear it without a bra. I ended up going back three or four times for adjustments. One of the issues was, they measured the hem without pressing the dress after taking it in. Once it was pressed, the fabric lengthened, and the dress ended up almost an inch too long. I can't say enough great things about this place. I found my dream dress here, and well within my budget. Lisa and her team were so helpful and so attentive, it made the dress shopping experience one I will never forget. I got married to my dream guy in my dream dress, and it was the best day of my life.
I’ve had two dresses customized here and the service is always amazing! They always listen to your suggestions and make alterations to fit the exact vision you had in mind. I’m a huge fan of this place, 100% recommend for grad or wedding shopping, especially if you have a specific vision in mind.
