This is one of the most organized bridal shows i have ever been to! They are the most organized show coordinators i have ever seen. The staff that runs the show are all top notch, you can not base an opinion on the whole staff because of one member in training making a mistake. The announcer was appropriately dressed for the show in business attire, if you call dress pants a dress shirt with a vest homeless attire, then he must be homeless at the Hilton! Terrible experience at their show at The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, NJ today. Very disorganized. I'll never go to another one of their shows. We got there on time and waited outside in the cold for a half an hour. There were only 2 people signing everyone in. No problem with them letting VIP in first, but they even made us wait for VIP who were running very late. There was no warning about strollers not being allowed on their website nor on the tickets so my matron of honor who was with her son had to leave. We had ... read more

While the event planner for Bridal Expo is okay, there really should be a filtering system for the vendors they allow to participate. Two of my vendors, Fleur D'Lin (florist) & Ash at Core Productions (photography) were HORRIBLE! Neither fulfilled the contracts, I have text messages to prove their admission. I even had to file a police report for a threat of violence against me for leaving a bad review! Had I known there would be such low quality vendors at the event(s) I wouldn't have wasted my time.

As a Promoter and Producer of Events We know we can not please Everyone but We do try so it's a great service to assist couples and businesses stay active and productive. Bridal Expo has been around since 1983 so for as many people visit the show and take advantage of the Shopping opportunities it's a pleasure to see only positive feedback and not the critics and bashers posting inappropriate comments. we thank you all for that !
