In the beginning of my process with them, I loved the Bridal Emporium. However today has changed my opinion of them. What should have been one of the happiest moments of life, picking up my wedding dress, was ruined by there being two giant holes in my dress. While I let that go after being upset since they were going to repair it that day, when we came back they were so incredibly rude. I went with my best friend to her final dress fitting today, 2 days before the wedding. A good experience so far went horribly wrong today. The dress that required 4 separate fittings had a hole in it that we, as the bridal party, found. The seamstress automatically blamed the bride for ripping it when trying it on, leaving her in tears in front of everyone in her bridal party. My bridesmaid dress from here ripped after 3 hours of wearing it before we even got to the reception when I called and explained what happened that the zipper didn't rip the seam let go the own informed me she was sorry but it was a manufactured error! She then said I could bring in the dress and they would fix it but that's all that would be done then told me the conversation was over and hung up when I called back she was unavailable.

I love dealing with the Bridal Emporiums friendly staff. They do great alterations and have a huge selection of dresses for many occasions. I bought my wedding dress there, and have returned for bridesmaid dresses and dresses to wear to weddings as a guest.

I was looking for "the perfect" wedding dress. I went into the Bridal Emporium and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff! I tried on a few dresses and found that perfect one. It was the perfect dress for a perfect price. I was treated very well and with all the respect a new bride deserves! Don’t miss out on being treated like a queen with the utmost respect.
