After lukewarm treatment and success at another store, my bridesmaids and I dropped into Bridal Elegance with no appointment. We were treated wonderfully, even as walk-ins. Our consultant, V, gave us her undivided attention. We were neither rushed nor pressured, and we were able to take our time and enjoy the hunt for a bridesmaid dress. We wound up finding the perfect dress here at a fairly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it for others.
I came to this bridal shop after being completely frustrated with David's Bridal. The girls that helped me found the perfect dress for me and my budget within about 30 minutes, after I was put into several ugly and too expensive dresses at David's Bridal for 3 hours before walking out! The girls at this shop were so helpful and made sure I looked like a princess on my big day! They even sent me a nice card after I left their shop to wish me a happy wedding! I love this place and I will recommend it to every bride I know!
The consultant, V, at Bridal Elegance was amazing! After being treated poorly at David's Bridal I came here. V was attentive, caring and she listened to what I wanted, took her time and became "friends" with me and my family. Another staff member came out when I had my dress on and gave her positive feedback. I was a discouraged from trying dresses at other stores and they turned the day right around.
