Had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Bridal Desires back in February 2024. The owner, Joanna was my bridal consultant and honestly she was amazing. I went dress shopping 5 months before my wedding so I knew options would be limited as ordering a dress so close to the wedding wouldn’t be possible. I had a mixed experience at Bridal Desire. While I did end up finding my wedding dress there, I felt the staff were a bit pushy during the appointment, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. They also insisted I order a size up, as they told me dresses tend to stretch from people trying them on…when the dress arrived, it was huge on me. I had the best experience at this store! Everything was so inviting and the staff was truly wonderful. I was on a time crunch and very worried about finding the right dress, and Mary was the best help, made me feel comfortable, she was accommodating and such a sweet person to shop with. I never thought I can find my wedding dress in ONE day but I did. Would strongly recommend this store.
