I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Couture when I picked out my dress for my Oct 2021 wedding. Nan and Amy made me feel welcome and special, and I never felt they were pushy or salesy—they wanted me to find the right dress for me, no matter whether I bought from them or another shop. I didn’t even buy my dress here but I came on to share how lovely it was to try on dresses here! Nan and Haley were super helpful and laidback, you could tell they weren’t trying to sell but just having fun seeing you in different dresses. They made me feel comfortable and welcome even when I didn’t choose one of their dresses. They gave me wonderful tips for the dress I was buying and recommended a seamstress to me that would do a great job at a great price! Seriously had a wonderful experience!
Very professional and friendly
I had a fantastic experience with Bridal Couture while finding my wedding dress the other month - cannot recommend this store and the employees enough. I was a nervous, but my stylist, Nan, immediately set the tone and made me feel comfortable, confident and excited. Being Birmingham, I was apprehensive that my budget (2,000-2,500) was going to be on the low end, but Nan assured me that most of their dresses fall into this price range. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff there was so kind and so sweet and truly cared about what I looked like on my big day. I had to have many alterations done and they never made me feel bad about it not one time! I really urge you to go wedding dress shopping here and have your alterations done. They truly are a kind hearted boutique that wants to see you be your best on your big day!
