I stumbled across this bridal shop when I was at Rolling Oaks Mall and was so pleased with the service that the entire staff gave but especially Alex. She was so helpful and even when I left my sunglasses she called me and saved them for me. I am going back for sure. My wedding was put on hold but am now ready for Alex to help me again. The prices of dresses were great and all that were pulled fit perfectly and needed no alterations in 5 dresses. Alex knows what she is doing. This store is perfect for brides.

After looking around San Antonio for a unique bridal gown I stumbled across Bridal Connection in Rolling Oaks Mall. I was in the mall looking for a gift for a friend and decided to walk in. I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by the staff. When I explained what I was looking for they took the time to show me many different styles. Very nice experience. I actually called 3 different stores in town to compare a Maggie dress I really liked and this store had the best price (approx $100 less).

Hi Everyone! We would like to extend our sincere apologies to everyone who recently had a bad experience at our store. We unfortunately had a disgruntled manager who spent the last few months causing chaos with such terrible customer service. I was in this store today 5/14/2011 and had the most horrible shopping experience I have ever had. At the time I went there around 5 p.m. there was a lady that asked me when my wedding was I let her know I had a jp ceremony but wanted to have a church ceremony and had not set a date yet.
