I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Chateau. I received excellent personal attention from my first day. Esther went the extra mile to find/special order my dress, which I could not find in the needed color elsewhere. She and her team were very patient with me as I worked to get just the perfect fit and alterations were spot on. They have a beautiful new space - I never felt crowded, pressured or rushed. This was over a year ago. I went with my moh. Everything was fine, I was looking around for dresses And was picking the ones that I wanna try on. And the girl said “if you’re not going to buy them today, you should try them on” She was being indirectly rude. And I decide to ask about the price of the dresses and she told me all the dresses are worth 15k so I said “oh wait a minute I’m sorry I’m dyslexic. Bridal Chateau was hands down the best experience! Tracey was so sweet and truly understood what I was looking for! The best part about Bridal Chateau is custom alterations to dresses! I cannot wait to wear the wedding dress of my dreams!
Highly recommend the Bridal Chateau! Laura and Esther were so wonderful to work with. They turned my ill-fitting wedding dress into the dress of my dreams for my wedding day! I cannot thank them enough!
Absolutely amazing experience here! I brought my dress in from an outside place (I didn’t buy it there) and they took great care of me from beginning to end. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she did a great job with my alterations. Definitely trust them if you are looking for a place to get your dress altered, whether you bought it there or not!
