Went in to shop for prom dresses with my sister, my service dog at my side, a lady there was very rude in asking "what's with the dog' when she clearly has her vest on stating service dog, meanwhile a customer is there with her small pet dog who barked at us every time we walked past. So for anyone with a service animal, be prepared for the 0 knowledge of a working service animal and having a lady rudely asking about it.
I have loved this Texarkana family owned business since it was located on New Boston Rd. I have So many wonderful memories in all my dresses.. Homecoming, Prom and my wedding gown! I will forever love and suggest Bridal Castle to anyone! Thank you, Bridal Castle for making me feel like a princess for years!
Just had to laugh at this one. Just asked the lady if she had any long sleeve or 3/4 sleeve wedding dresses I could look at. She told me no as there was one literally right behind her... Well never mind then...
