Called to find out if I needed an appt for my daughter to try on dresses, was told I could walk in at the time. The lady is pleasant & helpful with showing you what's available in your style in the catalogs but they had no stock to try on (which was the entire intention of going there) & we left very disappointed. Payed in February and just got my daughter's dress. To top it off everything is not what I payed for not even the design. And theres no reimbursement or nothing, just a simple apology, I'm furious.
