Jess is wonderful. She made wedding dress shopping so comfortable and fun! She is so friendly and easing going. She made sure the bride’s voice/opinion was the loudest while also respecting the family’s opinion. I would highly recommend!!!
The most laid back fun experience I had while trying on dresses! I didn’t feel pressured at all and she had the best selection of dresses at reasonable prices. Definitely a must go while wedding dress shopping!
When I first walked in, I felt instantly welcomed. I had tried dresses on at another shop but had not found anything I truly loved. I had high hopes for this appointment and I was blown away! Jessica took the time to talk with me about the vision of my wedding and what my likes a dislikes were for a dress. She really listened to me and allowed me to go at my own pace trying on dresses. I had a wonderful experience finding my dress today! Jess is extremely kind! She greeted us as soon as we came in and sat down with us to ask me about my wedding and how I met my fiancée! She also made me feel comfortable helping me get into each dress and understood exactly what I wanted! The selections were absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this beautiful shop!!! I had such an amazing experience at Bridal by J! Shelby was an absolute joy to work with—so fun, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right dress. I especially loved being able to browse through the racks myself, which made the whole experience feel more personal and exciting.
