Reading reviews makes me think maybe she does better with brides? Took my daughter along with her older sister and a friend to begin our search for a graduation dress for 2026, she did not help us with selection at all, refused to let my daughter try on certain dress for fear she would rip them, said she didn’t have anything to fit her (she’s like a size 10) We found one we really liked and she told me the company probably didn’t have her size either. What a wonderful store. Chan is excellent at her job. She is funny, caring, and straightforward which I love in people. Chan helped me find the perfect wedding dress for me, even though it’s not what I had first thought I wanted, IT IS PERFECT! Will always recommend for any future bride or prom/grad dresses!
