I found the perfect wedding dress thanks to this lovely shop! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so special, especially Amy and Carly! They were quick to respond and made it easy to book an appointment. I felt truly cared for from start to finish. I would highly recommend to any bride-to-be! They even recommended local bridal seamstress for me to use! Thank you so much for helping me say Yes to the Dress!

I’d tried on lots of dresses before visiting the Bridal Boutique at Chilham, but none felt quite right until I came here. Carly was friendly, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. She helped narrow down the choices without any pressure, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. She was also great with my ‘VIPs’, making everyone feel welcome and included. What a lovely time we had here! Thoroughly enjoyed trying on dresses and a lovely selection. Found the one and can't wait to wear it! Carly was so helpful and knowledgeable of what would look good! Highly recommend!
