found my wedding dress here! jessica was amazing. so helpful, made me feel comfortable, listened to what I was looking for in a dress. she really knew her stuff. I also loved how they do all their own alterations there! all the staff were so accommodating for me getting an appointment as I was traveling 5+ hours to be there. the alterations were so quick and they did such an amazing job. i’ve already started recommending bridal boutique brantford to friends and family

I would like to give a big shout out to Jessica the bridal consultant at bridal boutique, Amazing customer service she really went above and beyond, Always with a smile, so very friendly and very knowledgeable and very caring she found me the perfect dress, I am not one who enjoys dress shopping especially the mother of the groom dress had me stressed out, but Jessica always made me feel very comfortable so it was a very great experience at this store, I will always always recommend to anyone looking for a dress, to come see... read more

I had a great experience trying on dresses, my stylist was very helpful and kind. The booking process for trying dresses was easy. After I purchased my dress, I felt a bit disappointed in my experience and how it was handled. I was told I didn’t have to pay for a rush order on my dress because the ETA was going to be the same regardless (June 6).
