I had a truly awful experience at this bridal boutique. While the owner was quite friendly, the person assigned to help me was unprofessional and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. They body-shamed me, stared at me in a way that felt judgmental, and overall created an unpleasant atmosphere. Shopping for a wedding dress should be a joyful and special experience, but instead, I left feeling disheartened and unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment.
Yesterday I said yes to my dress! Sophia was helping me and she was a dream. She explained each section of the store in detail and let me and my party browse before picking some dresses to try on. I had no idea I would find THE ONE that day. It was such a wonderful experience and my mom’s reaction made the whole day one I will never forget. I truly felt like a princess and so beautiful. The staff in here are wonderful and so accommodating.
New Review: I came in for my own wedding dress shopping, and got Beckie again. She was amazing, as she was last time. And she remembered me. She listened to my opinions, and got me out of my comfort zone. I went in with barely any idea, thought I wanted a strapless gown, and ended up with a stunning ballgown that I was the first person who got to try it on. I can't say enough good things about the the staff and owner. I had some alteration mishaps and they were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely dress for my wedding day. I would recommend the Bridal Boutique to anyone looking for a wedding dress or formal gown.
