Bought my mother of the groom dress there. Tried lots of different dresses on and had the most patient, helpful sales person. Also the seamstress is a magician when it came to alterations. Highly recommend this shop!!!
Actually less than 1 star! I tried to shop local and support a Brantford business. Definitely not a good experience! Though the staff was friendly the dress experience was terrible. I read many of the reviews some say they had a great experience but I had a similar terrible experience to those whose experiences were negative. The same experience holding off on delivery of dress, waiting to the last week before wedding to do alterations that were done twice, charged twice and exorbitant alteration costs I was a seamstress yea... read more

found my wedding dress here! jessica was amazing. so helpful, made me feel comfortable, listened to what I was looking for in a dress. she really knew her stuff. I also loved how they do all their own alterations there! all the staff were so accommodating for me getting an appointment as I was traveling 5+ hours to be there. the alterations were so quick and they did such an amazing job. i’ve already started recommending bridal boutique brantford to friends and family
I would like to give a big shout out to Jessica the bridal consultant at bridal boutique, Amazing customer service she really went above and beyond, Always with a smile, so very friendly and very knowledgeable and very caring she found me the perfect dress, I am not one who enjoys dress shopping especially the mother of the groom dress had me stressed out, but Jessica always made me feel very comfortable so it was a very great experience at this store, I will always always recommend to anyone looking for a dress, to come see... read more
