Owner wasn't interested in assisting, was offhand and not welcoming at all. It felt like she didn't want to help.
Although we didn't find "the one", Karen was super helpful and there were some lovely wedding dresses and great deals. Certainly worth a visit.
I had the best experience finding my wedding dress here! The whole environment was so relaxed and easy-going, I never once felt pressured or rushed. There was such a great variety of dresses to try on. The hire & buy options are also amazing and so hard to come by, such a brilliant option for brides. Couldn’t recommend Bridal & Ball enough!
Good choice for finding that special dress. Variety in different sizes are slightly limited and wish they had a larger selection of accessories available
