My experience here was amazing! I had been to a few other bridal shops prior, and Alexa was by far the best consultant I worked with! I came in thinking I wanted a very specific style, but after trying on a few dresses and listening to my thoughts on them, Alexa pulled out a few others she thought I should try on! I'm so thankful I said yes to the dress here. My experience trying on dresses was wonderful. Michelle was patient and encouraging, which made me feel comfortable looking at wedding gowns for the first time. There were some issues with my gown arriving dirty from the designer that I did not notice until I got it home in natural light, but Michelle was SO helpful and went above and beyond to make it right for me. I had the best experience at Bridal Accents Couture. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I worked personally with Alexa and enjoyed her services. She listened and executed well. I wasn't expecting to "Say Yes to the Dress" at my first stop, but Bridal Accents Couture exceeded my expectations! Alexa was amazing to work with. She totally understood what I was looking for, and made me feel so comfortable. She was actually the one to pull a dress for me to try on that I wasn't super sure about, but when I put it on I knew it was special!
