Extremely unprofessional. I normally am not one to write a review, but this was just uncalled for rudeness. If I knew how I was going to be treated before I visited I would have not gone. I recommend you don’t go either unless you want to be highly disrespected and ripped off.
Horrible place! They lie about the engines they sell. They say they were never damaged only to get it and its one of their rework specials with used parts off one of there other engines with unknown miles. They were just really rude! This hole experience cost me alot of money!
Terrible business. Try and not deal with Steve (supposedly their sales-manager). They sent me a Mini Cooper exhaust manifold (comes with a catalytic converter) that according to Steve had 40K miles. The manifold was super rusted and at some point the rear bolts were welded to the flange. I bought the unit thinking it's a bolt-on just like my original. This wasn't the case it was modified. Terrible business. Steve the supposed sales manager sold me a junker Mini Cooper manifold (comes with a catalytic converter). He claimed it had 40K miles but it was a rusted piece of crap. At some point someone welded the two flange bolts to the flange this made it completely useless. I bought the part thinking it was bolt-on as it should be if it were not modified. Wow!!! these two comments are from Rip off Brickyard morons. No one normal person can say they are kind , polite and excellent service providers. This is worst place I ever saw in my 48 years. Ralph is a King of parade, rude, arrogant,RACIST. I am originally from Mexico and was discriminated, humiliated and finally ripped off. Charged me 10 times higher price for broken parts. Stay away from Psychos.

I was reffered to Brickyard Imports by another parts dealer. The service I received was excellent, and they are very knowledgable about parts for import cars.
