I live across the country. I’ve called like 10 times because my dad can’t get a nurse after he’d fallen that morning. They answered the initial call and then put me on hold. Now they just keep hanging up. I’m about to file a complaint. These are elders who need around the clock medical care.
I have worked at a couple facilities in the area and hands down Brickyard has amazing, caring staff and some pretty awesome residents.
Brickyard therapy department is phenomenal. I’ve watch countless testimonial patients gain back the independence and confidence leaving brickyard’s therapy. They do such a great job 10/10 recommend!!!
