I recently purchased large Techo-Bloc slabs for a DIY paver patio project. We were able to check out samples on their a frames outside and they gave us multiple brochures which was helpful in making our decision. Ordering was simple and over the phone. Delivery was timely and Jesse was responsive and communicated throughout. Once I began laying the slabs, I realized I was short nearly a full pallet but had paid by the square footage. Worst customer service ever. As a contractor I have been a customer for years .Unbelievable how someone can waste your time and effort .But to have very minimal respect to even pick up the phone to communicate an issue with a paid order or for an accurate delivery date is crazy . Never have I imagined that would be the case during this time when people are trying to make sales numbers for the end of the year but whatever. There's others places literally down the street to choose from.

Excellent service, I had to re-schedule my delivery last minute and they were very accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring any future business here. Very helpful staff.
