The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the products aren’t just products that make the most profit but products that have been picked out to benefit the rider and their personal ride, pretty much it felt like they actually care for and like bikes opposed to it being just a business that sells bikes
I have an old hercules bike that had a flat and needed some new handle bars grip. I was very satisfied with the service. I also ordered a bell for my bike and waiting for it’s arrival.
Had two road bikes “tuned up” and repaired. These guys genuinely care about your bike. They let me know about things that need to be fixed without trying to upsell anything. They took the time to go over every inch of the bike and when they ran into an unforeseen problem they called before they did anything to make sure the price change was approved. Will suggest this place to ANYONE WITH AN EAR TO HEAR ME. Even walked the bikes out and put them on my rack for me!
This place is the real deal. If you are serious about cycling I highly recommend Brickyard. The staff are certified, highly trained and very knowledgeable. This is the “next level” type of bike shop. If you want the best of the best, I suggest you go here. They sell, service and do thorough bike fitting. I wish this was the first bike shop I went to because it would be the only one.
