Todd and Cage are super responsive maintence crews. They are respectful, and careful with your animals. Their work is immaculous and fast. Fixed our aerators and filter in no time.
During my second (and final) year with Brickwork, I experienced several underhanded practices by management that current and future tenants should be aware of. Most importantly was the issue of getting my security deposit back. Despite finding nothing wrong with my apartment, management "accidentally" returned less than the full amount of my security deposit. Never posted a review before, but I moved into one of their properties yesterday and their staff has been nothing but helpful. Todd and Cage are amazing and they both helped us unload boxes when they didn’t have to. Called this morning about a problem with our AC unit and they were super nice about it and said they would send someone out today. Few hours later they came and fixed it. 5 stars for that whole team.
The maintenance crew is phenomenal! When I submitted several requests in the morning, the work was done that day, and the service was scheduled to accommodate my special needs. The maintenance crew is friendly, helpful, and thorough. If a job requires additional service or an outside contractor, they let me know and ask if this will be alright with me. My cat loves them!
