Timmy Nash with Brickwood Mortgage is by far the best in the business. I went through 2 different mortgage companies that said they could get my loan done, just to let my family and I down right before closing. He is honest and up front about the whole process. There was no last minute surprises. The only obstacle we had was Hurricane Florence. Even at that, Timmy was able to get us closed within a few days after that natural disaster. I was fortunate to have Paul Hankins working my mortgage. There were some potential obstacles that he warned me about and sure enough he was right! He was able to navigate me through the process and he even gave me some personal experiences to demonstrate why he was as cautious as he was. Towards the end of the process Paul went over all of the financials and found us a way to save on our mortgage payment over $100 a month! Highly recommended!!
