I purchased a new triathlon bike from brickwell cycles and Andrew the owner and his staff are hands down the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Very accommodating and affordable prices for all types of cycling equipment. Honest, helpful and state of the art bikes coupled with superior customer service makes this the bike shop to seek your next bike. I wish brickwell cycles would open one up in the northern counties of new york.
Chunk of metal went in my back wheel and destroyed my back wheel. They sold me a used set for a fraction of the retail which where better than stock. I use my bike for transportation so I had to walk 2 miles. Well worth it. They stayed open for me despite almost being closed. Gave a good labor price too( I never pay for bike labor but you couldn't beat the price.) Staff are friendly an and knowledgable.
