BrickTop's had become one of Our go to places when we are downtown around lunch time and want something good but not too much. They portion perfectly for lunch and there isn't anything left to take away, except a satisfied stomach. Everything is always good and the staff always pleasant when we visit. Never disappoints.
I may change rating if we go for a lunch or dinner but the Sunday Brunch was just plain bad. Makes me realize how much I dread going out to eat much any more. Three of us visited there and all of us immediately noticed how cold the food was when it arrived - Steak-n-eggs, Eggs Benedict, Waffles. Outstanding in every way. Lovely, high-end, sophisticated ambiance. My sautéed trout with crabmeat and lemon butter sauce was perfect, sautéed spinach wonderful, and finished the meal with outstanding bread pudding with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
