Encova insurance is the worst I was in a work related accident back in June 2024 it took 77 days to receive my first payment my adjuster was Cathy C. Who didn’t care about my condition and didn’t care that I had bills to pay. you guys are the absolute worst company ever. i have autopay set up and now you claim that back in 2024 a payment was not received and now trying to double my payment. this is not my fault YOUR autopay didn’t do its job and now i’m screwed. i was never given any notice a payment was missed. i called my agent and they were basically like you HAVE to pay it and no explanation of why the autopay didn’t work.countries blaming my bank but if you don’t request the payment they are not going to send it. i did autopay to eliminate t... read more
After paying our homeowners insurance in full for the year, we have been completely unsuccessful at contacting our agent. We have made multiple calls and multiple emails that have went unanswered. Our insurance was raised and pulled Out of escrow without any notification or communication.
