I love Brikside heights! Hada, Ian and Keith are the absolute best. Love the morning conversations. I have loved hearing about how they have a suite for guests and they only have to pay for cleaning for they length of stay. Seems like such a good idea for if we do have any guests come from out of town. The environment is incredible seeing all the dogs and how friendly each resident who lives here are. I moved here about a month ago after my previous place had a massive fire. Hada and the front desk people were so wonderful to work with and did everything they could to get me into a place quickly. Kieth in maintenance has also been great. My maintenance requests have been done quickly, and he is very nice and friendly. It is a new place so there are some small kinks that have needed to be fixed, but he’s been very responsive. Because my last place had a fire, smoke alarms are very triggering for me. The front desk team (Hada and Ian) are great and I love the ammenities!
I just moved here due to my old apartment building going up in flames :( and the reception has been nothing but amazing at this property. Both the manager and Ian at the front have been outstanding to work with and the property itself is amazing. So far everything has been great and I am happy with my new home :)
I have wanted to leave this review for a while… This past week, the nightmare that I moved away from a few months ago started to torment me again, and I was reminded of how wonderful living at Brickside Heights‘s has been. :) Hada & Ian are great!
