Empty promises, delays, excuses, and bad attitudes. We had to pay another contractor to finish the job. The supplier of the product told us that bricks was in trouble and to stay away from them. They do talk a great game though… they got me with the talk

Made an appointment for an estimate. They were extremely clear that if I was not able to show up please call and they would do the same. I found it an odd thing to say but I get it, I am sure they have been burned before. Day of the estimate they called and let me know they need to reschedule- no big deal at all happy to do that. We rescheduled for another day then nothing, no show, no response to calls. I was extremely excited for the potential opportunity to work with them but I guess they did not share that.

As a business owner myself, I was really impressed with the service level and just care that Shawn and his team had in their work. The team did the hardscape for my front and back yard and it came out amazing. Not only did they do what I hired them for but we also had a list of 10 different things that we needed to fix that our builder just didn't do or didn't ask us how we wanted before doing. Without paying Shawn a dime, he helped guide me and refer me to get these things done which he didn't have to do. 5 stars all day.
