I called Bricks car center needing routine work done for something as simple as an oil change, tire rotation, and balancing, and still ended up getting completely disrespected. Instead of helping me like a normal shop, they made me call two different places because they have “adjacent shops.” Seriously? Why is that my problem as a customer?
