Joe was extremely helpful without taking a penny out of me
This is a new review based on an exhaust service I had done today 9/28/2026. My earlier review for another service I had done here is further below. The front desk rep that I dealt with was fantastic. TJ explained everything and was just so very easy going. Paul was the tech who handled my exhaust issue. This guy must be a magician! I was totally expecting the fix to be a few hours but instead took roughly 30 minutes once my car (Toyota RAV 4) was on the lift. Great job Paul and TJ! I highly recommend Brick’s Best Care Center on Brick Blvd in Brick! I replaced my battery at AutoZone on Sunday, and while my car started at first, it died when I left work the next day. I had it towed to Brick’s Best Care Center, and they were honest and straightforward. It wasn’t the alternator or the starter—it was simply a burnt wire by the battery. I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Great service and a trustworthy business! Highly recommend!

I spoke with RJ this morning re: and issue with my car. We made an appt. And he was so kind and patient with answering my questions (Great Customer Service) So far, so good.
