Lived at their apartments in Peabody for 3 years. Nice place and some bad things are out of their control like neighbors. I haven’t met any of my neighbors in 3 years. The most interactions I have with them is that they will scream and leave nasty notes if you park in their self-assigned spot. Had a neighbor threaten to call the police on me even though I was parked legally on the street. Leasing office isn’t super responsive to emails but will answer calls.
