Worse business ever! Built and designed my Durango and left this company in charge of all services and deer collision. For them to scam my insurance for monies and not replace what my insurance paid for. Had my first deer collision and they replaced my broken/cracked windshield container, made me buy a sensor to find out they put the old one back on! Will never go here again. The only good thing was they did not charge me to hook my car up to run the codes. I was stranded in antigo last week. I stopped here out of desperation. They come back in after running the codes and say it's not good. If you want us to take a look at it we can in Jan and it's $240 diagnostic fee. My across went into limp mode but was told it was ok to drive the 68 miles back home. Tried to utilize Oscar rental car through brickner the guy who was in charge of it Tim was about the rudest inconsiderate unhelpful person I've ever seen I would never buy a car from brickner's nor would I ever go there again
