Showed up to an event at Kable (their club) that we'd bought tickets for. Arrived on time and we were told they were at capacity. The doorman told us to email for a refund. We've emailed, filled in the form and called. No one is responding. Will remove this review when you get back to us about our refund. UPDATE: 2 months later and they’re completely ignoring us. No refund given.
AVOID AND DO NOT BOOK *Check recent reviews* As others have stated, do not book with these. They're closed and haven't been telling those who've booked, nor given refunds. They didn't respond regarding my booking, didn't give a refund (thanks to the recent reviews here we managed to sort an alternative night for the same date, so I didn't turn up to disappointment like others here have done). WARNING SCAM booked bottomless brunch and paid deposit to be told the business is liquidated upon arrival, was over two weeks ago and have not received refund - business is STILL taking deposits and not returning from multiple people
Came for bottomless brunch on Saturday 2nd May. Business was shuttered and seems to have closed down at some point in April 2026. Website and socials still live and taking bookings and deposits. Several groups in the same predicament as us when we arrived. We had to trapse around Manchester looking for somewhere else that could accommodate our group last minute on a bank holiday weekend. Avoid!
Paid for my brunch for my birthday only to turn up to it closed, shut down, not able to get in contact with anyone regarding a refund and almost pretty much ruined my birthday. Deeply upset and they're STILL accepting bookings. I get times are tough but you are taking money from people and ruining plans, an email just to give a heads up and a refund would have been appreciated!
