CS agent thought she was doing something by gatekeeping a generic non proprietary part and making sure she called me to tell me she wouldn’t fulfill an order. This is a 18 dollar part widely available on Amazon btw. Pretty cringe.
This is a great product. Reliable and efficient. The only downside to this product is that if it is located in a location blocked from satellite contact (i.e mountainous terrain, highrise density, deep valleys, etc..). The tracker relies on a minute by minute handshake with the satellite, and if a satellite is not visible to the tracker, it incessantly and endlessly tries to connect every second or two. I ordered a GPS tracker online because of car theft. I was unaware that by purchasing the tracker I somehow sighed up for a service for 103.00 every 3 months. So they got the first without me seeing it and this time I caught it. So even though it's a GPS and they can clearly see it was not in my car or powered up they did promise to give me back 103. If 3 to 5 business days but there was just nothing they could.do about the last 103 .they claimed that buy purchasing there product I agreed to a service. It's kinda like buying... read more
