This was an absolutely horrible experience. Bill was openly rude, dismissive and showed no basic professionalism or courtesy. What should have been a simple, straightforward interaction turned into an unnecessary interrogation delivered with a hostile attitude. Then he just hung up on me. Would hire again. Brickhouse Handyman did a great job of communicating with us and setting expectations for our project. He laid out the process clearly and pointed out potential areas of uncertainty for time and labor. We feel our project could have gone better if we had more clear and detailed plans in writing for Brickhouse to follow and didn't have to wait for us to respond for issues that arise in the middle of our project.
