So, I just popped in here today after work to check out the gym and I signed up on the spot. I live in Regina for the last 10 years and I can't believe I didn't find this gym sooner. They have everything I could ever want, as somebody that's passionate about lifting and working out. I'm not a bodybuilder, but the machines here just feel better than anything I've ever touched.

Friend at work got me to start my journey towards better health. I've always been nervous about going to the gym but coming here for this past week has been fantastic, the equipment is amazing and people aren't judgemental. Can't wait to continue on towards better health.

Equipment A +, members A+, parking A+, cleanliness A+, Hours of operation A+, ownership A+ , Music A+ , no long term contract commitment A+, Affordability A+ . Having lived in many citys and trained in many gyms this gym just hits the mark on all aspects. Oh I almost forget you can also get all your supplements there and gym gear too if you so choose !
