The food was wonderful, atmosphere terrific. Russ, one of the owners was very personable and welcoming.
Wood fired pizza and tiramisu were both amazing. Owner Russ does a great job and makes you feel more at home than at a restaurant. The guitarist Justin playing tonight really brought the vibes together and made dinner quite the experience!
We have eaten here three times this year and the gourmet food, cocktails and service have been excellent every time. We like to eat at the bar because the bartenders are friendly and the vibe is relaxed. One time the chef brought out samples of some of the dishes he was experimenting with. Fun!
Convenient parking, fantastic upscale (but not snobby) atmosphere, attentive service and the best pizza I’ve had yet in RVA. The crust is fantastic but the fresh tomato sauce steals the show. We had the Margherita pizza which came with a good amount of fresh mozzarella and basil, and the bourbon tiramisu, which was amazing. Start to finish we were in and out within 40 minutes at lunch, which os perfect for getting back to the office. I will absolutely be back- highly recommend this locally owned gem.
