This was our second stay at the Brickfield Hill Inn and we will absolutely be back again! The accommodation is gorgeous, with beautiful original architecture and period furnishings that make it feel so cosy and elegant. The owners are brilliant, so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Highly unprofessional. I wrote the owner on WhatsApp as the number was available here on Google and he confirmed the booking to me back via WhatsApp. I specifically asked if he needed a copy of my ID or any other documents to complete the booking.. all was good! One day before my arrival I told him that I’m looking forward to my stay and that my flight is confirmed. Suddenly he asked for the chat record, couldn’t find my booking confirmation, asked if I’ve send an email and told me the room is only available for two nights. ... read more
The only place to stay in Sydney if you are after a characterful room in an authentic Sydney terrace house. Huge comfy beds, antique furniture, super friendly but not pushy host and excellent quiet position close to cafes for breakfast and dinner. Like staying with a friend. Super good value too.
