The only place to stay in Sydney if you are after a characterful room in an authentic Sydney terrace house. Huge comfy beds, antique furniture, super friendly but not pushy host and excellent quiet position close to cafes for breakfast and dinner. Like staying with a friend. Super good value too.

Perfect destinatididnt stay hereon
Absolutely gorgeous room with lots of old world charm. My husband and I were in the ensuite room, very comfortable. Huge thankyou to David for being such a wonderful host.
Perfect little hidden gem! The room was cozy, clean, and had lots of character with the Victorian furnishings and canopy bed. I was in the room with an ensuite which was spacious and gorgeously light filled. The private balcony was a charming nook for coffee sipping. It has the best location as well, only a minute walk from a whole selection of cafes and just down the street from the light rail, so close to Central station. Will most definitely book again for such great value.
