Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got to Brickell Buick GMC at 7 AM, my vehicle was taken in, and I was the first one there. An hour and a half later, my car was still sitting in the same spot — nobody had even looked at it. Meanwhile, several other cars that arrived after me were being helped and taken care of first. I had an amazing experience at Buick and Gmc Brickell! My sales rep, David, was absolutely the best. He was friendly, funny, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was that even after I drove off the lot, he still went out of his way to help me with a few things and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. You don’t find that kind of service everywhere! Highly recommend asking for David if you’re looking for a car he’ll definitely take care of you

I continue to struggle with GMC Brickell. Most recently brought my truck in for a diagnostic. Was told it was my brakes and rotors. $2,400 for rear brakes. $,1500 for the front. For a 2017 Sierra truck. $305 per labor hour. Wild. What really struck me was the way my service representative told me they were going to throw in a vacuum pump and belt replacement at no charge when the work should have been covered by warranty/recall.
