After several visits since the opening of the Brick and Basil in Yantic, Ct well over a year ago, I figure it's time for a review. So many dishes we've tried and loved since opening. I haven't been able to get my fill of the Monster Spicy Meatball hand held flatbread sandwich with their own house marinara, roasted peppers, onions, ricotta and mozzarella.
