Very convenient very professional and very fast
Brick and Vine was very courteous and very helpful.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. They let us move into a rental even though it had a slew of issues. The house sat for a long time so it was full of cobwebs and spiders. Terrible ant infestation in the yard and coming into the house. I made a list of issues and they didnt document them so upon moving out they charged us crazy amounts of money for a slew of minor dings and dents that we didnt even put there. The carpet was not cleaned when we moved in, but we still kept the carpets in immaculate condition, yet they still charged us an insan... read more
Stay far away from this rental company. After we moved in we found out that the entire roof was leaking. We had black mold growing in the home on the ceilings. Water spots all over the house. I submitted 3 or 4 maintenance requests for this, and the local repair contractors told Brick & Vine twice that the entire roof needed replaced a long time ago, but they refused to approve the contractors to replace the roof.
