Tyler was prompt, professional, and courteous. His manner was efficient and I had the old tank out and my new 40gal gas water heater with code compliant upgrades in place in 90 minutes total from his arrival to departure. Tyler patiently explained the annual maintenance steps and repeated them again so I could take notes. Brick Street has been one of the best companies I've had dispatched by AHS for my home warranty claims and my service experience with them has been nothing but positive.
