Excellent and timely water heater replacement by Tylerr!
Only reason we were in contact this company is due to AHS warranty. Brick Street Intentionally keep pushes appointments for weeks; Horrible company and not worth to save any money. Careful with reviews - They have a 1.53 (out of 5) rating with the Better Business Bureau, and I'm surprised it is that high

75 Gallon Gas Water Heater Replacement - Eric was knowledgeable, professional and very neat cleaning up the workspace before he left. He also took the time to walk us through the registration process with the Manufacturer. Mary at the office excelled with communication every step of the way from the appointment setting up until the service date. Very satisfied with everything so far and I recommend Brick Street Plumbing.
Run away quickly. This company is terrible. My contact with them is because they are a service provider through American Home Shield. AHS is to cover the cost of a new water heater and the installation labor. BSP says I need to pay an additional $994 for items I don't need and for which they have drastically elevated the cost. As an example, $239 for a water shut-off valve that costs about $15 at Lowes and doesn't need to be replaced anyway. $160 for a drip pan that can be obtained from Lowes for under $35.
