Yoga can be a fierce practice - you may decide you love or hate it, but whichever you decide the feeling will most likely be intense. If this studio has a theme, it would most likely be the belief that you are never to late, to old, or to sick to better yourself. I drive across town to attend this particular studio. This place for me has become a sanctuary from corporate stress and other daily dysfunctions.
