Unpleasant staff, declining quality in food – Poor hospitality and customer service. I have been a customer at the Brick Oven since it opened yet have found that over the past several months not only has the service, atmosphere and general appearance suffered, the portions have been reduced significantly in size while the prices increased. The pizza is mediocre at best with a rubbery after taste. Brick Oven used to be the best italian restaurant in Westfield but I have to retract that opinion at this time. If you are a regular it's like eating with family – Have been eating at Brick Oven since it opened. Have a variety of veal, chicken and fish entrees that are superb. Salads are generous, crisp and cold. The service is warm and top notch. Have deliscious brick oven gourmet pizzas and rolls.
